About introduction of amendments to some Laws of Ukraine concerning forming and maintaining the list of the terrorist organizations (groups)

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In article 24 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Security Service of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 27, Art. 382 with the following changes):

No. 2804-IX to consider Item 21 in edition of the Law of Ukraine of December 1, 2022 Item 22;

add with Item 23 following of content:

"23) to provide forming and maintaining the List of the terrorist organizations (groups) according to the Law of Ukraine "About fight against terrorism".

2. Article 24 of the Law of Ukraine "About fight against terrorism" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. 25, Art. 180; 2017, 50) to state Art. No. 7-8, in the following edition:

"Article 24. List of the terrorist organizations (groups)

For the purpose of ensuring national security of Ukraine and the prevention, identification and the termination of terrorist activities the List of the terrorist organizations (groups) is created and kept (further - the List).

The procedure for forming and maintaining the List is determined by security service of Ukraine.

The terrorist organizations (groups) performing terrorist activities in the territory of Ukraine and/or beyond its limits and creating threat of homeland security of Ukraine irrespective of availability or lack of the status of the legal entity at them, their registration by authorized bodies of Ukraine or foreign states are included in the List.

Inclusion of the terrorist organization (group) in the List is performed taking into account threats of homeland security of Ukraine on the basis:

1) the data created by the international organizations which member is Ukraine;

2) identification of the fact of existence of the terrorist organizations (groups) or bonds with the terrorist organizations (groups) or terrorists:
