Make the following changes to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About encumbrance of personal estate" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2017, No. 5, Article 753 (volume I):
1. At the end of Article 1.0.8 to replace point with semicolon and to add with Article 1.0.9 of the following content:
"1.0.9. "Serial number of personal estate - the identification number consisting of letters, figures or their combination, applied on property with the manufacturer".
2. In Item 21.1.5 after the word "description" to add with the words "and also sequence number of personal estate if it is determined by person submitting the notification".
3. In Item 26.1 in the third case after the word "number" to add with the words "sequence number of the personal estate which is encumbrance subject (in the presence)".
