About some questions in the field of regulation of national investment projects and projects of the state value

For the purpose of effective implementation of national investment projects and projects of the state value, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of the parcels of land which are in state-owned property" of October 9, 2019 No. 535 the following changes:

in Regulations on the procedure for provision of the parcels of land which are in state-owned property, approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add Item 10 with the paragraph of the following content:

"direct provision in non-paid/paid urgent (temporary) use or free unlimited use - methods of provision of the right to the parcel of land which is in state-owned property, without tendering, performed in the cases and procedure provided by this Provision.";

- add Item 11 with the subitem 5 of the following content:

"5) up to 49 years for designing, construction and operation of capital objects for the purpose of implementation of national investment projects and projects of the state value on paid basis with lump sum payment of the Kyrgyz Republic by the Cabinet of Ministers according to the decision (order) of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic according to Chapter 4-3 of this provision.";

- state Item 55-9 in the following edition:

"55-9. The parcels of land which are in state-owned property are provided by direct transfer to lease, non-paid/paid urgent (temporary) use or free unlimited use.";
