1. Determine that:

1) ceased to be valid;

2) JSC Kyrgyzaltyn in case of realization of measuring ingots weighing from 1 gram to 1 kilogram shall provide the quality certificate and/or the certificate of confirmation of purchase of the affined measuring ingot;

3) JSC Kyrgyzaltyn in case of sale and buying up of gold measuring bullions weighing from 1 gram to 1 kilogram has the right not to carry out identification and verification of buyers.

Subitem paragraph two 3) ceased to be valid;

4) physical persons and legal entities have the right to implement the affined measuring ingots purchased from JSC Kyrgyzaltyn to the third parties;

5) physical persons have the right to export the affined measuring ingots weighing from 1 gram to 1 kilogram purchased from JSC Kyrgyzaltyn in the following cases:

- out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union in the Kyrgyz Republic to the third countries in goods quality for private use.

When exporting of the affined measuring ingots weighing from 1 gram to 1 kilogram purchased from JSC Kyrgyzaltyn, physical persons provide to representatives of authorized state monitoring bodies the copy of the appropriate certificate of quality or open link on Quick Response code - "code of bystry response" which contains confirmation that this measuring ingot was made by JSC Kyrgyzaltyn, and also information on test of this measuring ingot, the copy of the identity document, for the purposes of customs declaring;
