1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 2, 2013 No. 673 "About approval of Rules of privatization of dwellings from the state housing stock" the following changes:

in Rules of privatization of the dwellings from the state housing stock approved by the specified resolution:

8) of Item 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"8) the dwelling equated to office – the dwelling provided from utility housing stock to government employees, employees of state-financed organizations, military personnel, candidates for astronauts, astronauts, the staff of special state and law enforcement agencies, and also persons holding the state elective offices or from housing stock of the state company to employees of this state company;";

to exclude subitem 8-1) of Item 2;

state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. Employees of public institutions, the judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan and judges, except as specified, provided by this Law can privatize the office dwellings occupied by them on residual cost if they worked in public service, in state-financed organizations, the state companies or in judgeship (including stay term on the state elective office) at least ten years (in total), and also irrespective of work term if employment relationships are stopped on the following bases:

1) liquidation of the organization, reducing number or staff of workers;

2) the disease interfering further work;

3) retirement;

4) expiration of continuance in office of the judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In case of the death of the worker who was granted the office dwelling the right of privatization passes to members of the family of the died (dead) irrespective of the term of work of the died (dead).
