About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 12, 2023 No. 874

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 12, 2023 No. 874 "About implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 31, 2023 No. 275" the following changes:

1.1. to be reworded as follows appendix to this resolution it (is applied);

1.2. in Regulations on the procedure for planning of budget funds on financing of the expenses connected with implementation of the current activities of theaters approved by this resolution:

the second Item 3 to state part in the following edition:

"The amount of the budgetary funds aimed at providing the current activities of the relevant theater in the planned financial year is calculated by formula

OBS = N x H + Dinye – Ddrugy theater – Dispolnitelya,

where OBS – amount of the budgetary funds aimed at providing the current activities of the relevant theater in the planned financial year;

N – the size of the standard rate of ensuring the current activities of the relevant theater established in appendix to the resolution which approved this Provision;

H – number of the viewers in the planned financial year;

Dinye – other income of theater;

Ddrugy theater – the income from rendering services in the organization of cultural and spectacular actions of other Belarusian theaters listed to them in the form of remuneration in the planned financial year;

Dispolnitelya – the income from rendering services in the organization of cultural and spectacular actions listed to contractors of cultural and spectacular actions in the form of remuneration in the planned financial year (except for the cultural and spectacular actions held by contractors of cultural and spectacular events by own forces).";
