1. Since January 1, 2003 to establish monthly official pay rates to employees of tax authorities of the Azerbaijan Republic according to appendices No. No. 1-3 to this resolution.

Salaries on the positions which are not provided in appendices of this resolution affirm the Ministry of taxes of the Azerbaijan Republic in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic.

2. Determine the general number of staff of the Ministry of taxes of the Azerbaijan Republic in 1759 units, including the number of staff of central office in 207 units, and limit of office automobile cars for central office in 15 units.
