About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges" and some other legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of acceptance and declaration of judgments

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 31, Art. 545 with the following changes) the following changes:

1. 5 parts seven of Article 56 to state Item in the following edition:

"5) not to disclose the data which are the secret protected by the law including the mystery of adoption of the judgment and the closed judicial session".

2. 5 parts one of Article 106 to state Item in the following edition:

"5) disclosure by the judge of the secret protected by the law including the mysteries of adoption of the judgment, or information which became to the famous judge during consideration of the case in the closed judicial session".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective in 30 days from the date of its publication.

2. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1) in the Economic Procedure Code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2017, No. 48, the Art. 436):

the second Article 34 to state part in the following edition:

"2. In case of decision making on each question any of judges has no right to abstain from vote and signing of the decision or the resolution. Judges have no right to disclose observations which were made in case of discussion during adoption of the judgment";

in Article 39:

the first offer of part five to state in the following edition:

"5. If for the period of filing of application about removal of the judge in court less than three judges perform justice, the solution of question of branch is performed by the judge who considers case or makes other legal proceeding about what determination which is drawn up by the separate document is taken out";
