About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 16, 2008 No. 694 and of August 18, 2020 No. 492

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 16, 2008 No. 694 "About representatives of the state in governing bodies of economic societies, the share (share in authorized funds) which belong to the Republic of Belarus or administrative and territorial units":
state item 4 in the following edition:
"4. Heads of state bodies and organizations in which management stocks (share in authorized funds) of societies are transferred bear responsibility for:
appointment, introduction of offers on appointment as representatives of the state of persons which are not conforming to requirements of this resolution;
untimely giving written instructions to representatives of the state on the questions submitted for consideration of governing bodies of economic societies;
rejection of measures for the direction of representatives of the state (persons designated by representatives of the state) on training with recertification (further – recertification) and (or) to response of the representatives of the state who did not undergo recertification;
not appointment (not entering in accordance with the established procedure into Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus (the chairman of local executive and administrative organ) of offers on appointment) of representatives of the state in governing bodies of societies within 30 working days:
from the date of share transfer (share in authorized funds) in management of these bodies and the organizations;
after the termination of powers of all earlier appointed representatives of the state.";
