About modification of the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 10, 2024 No. 111

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 33, 33-1, 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of refining of terms of enforcement of the separate requirements determined by the regulatory legal act of Board of National Bank, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. "About approval of Changes in the Instruction on the organization of collection of means and transportation of currency values of banks in Ukraine" to state Item 3 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 10, 2024 to No. 111 in the following edition:

"3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day, except:

1) paragraphs of the twenty first, twenty seventh subitem 2 Items 1, subitem paragraph two 2, the paragraph of the third subitem 3, the paragraph of the seventh subitem 5 of Item 3, the subitem 4, paragraphs of the third, fourth subitem 6 of Item 10 of the Changes which are becoming effective since January 1, 2025;

2) paragraphs of the fifteenth, eighteenth subitem 2 of Item 1 of the Changes which are becoming effective since March 31, 2025.".

2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Alexey Shaban.

3. The resolution becomes effective since December 31, 2024.
