About modification of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of June 10, 2016 No. 248/2016

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of Ukraine of June 10, 2016 No. 248/2016 "About Regulations on passing of military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine foreigners and stateless persons" (with the changes made by Decrees of September 3, 2020 No. 372/2020 and of August 1, 2022 No. 545/2022) such changes:

1) to add the Decree with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. Extend action of the Regulations on passing of military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine foreigners and stateless persons approved by this Decree to foreigners and persons without citizenship who pass military service in the Public special service of transport.";

2) in Regulations on the passing of military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine foreigners and stateless persons approved by the decree:

a) add Item 1 with the words "and Public special service of transport";

b) in Item 2:

the paragraph one after the words "on military service under the contract in the Armed Forces of Ukraine" to add with the words "and in the Public special service of transport";

the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"The contract on passing by foreigners or persons without citizenship of the corresponding type of military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Public special service of transport according to appendices 1 and 2 is signed with foreigners who voluntarily enter on military service (further - the contract on passing of military service).";

c) state Item 3 in the following edition:

"The list of positions which cannot be replaced by foreigners or stateless persons affirms the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.";

d) the paragraph one of item 4 after words of "foreman structure in the Armed Forces of Ukraine" to add with the words "and in the Public special service of transport";
