About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 23, 2021 No. 240
Based on the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 30, 2021 "About application of special measures" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 128
1. No. 240 "About application of special measures" to add item 4 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 23, 2021 with paragraphs of the following content:
"the goods for private use specified in Item 2 appendices, physical person imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union:
acknowledged moved on the permanent residence to the Republic of Belarus;
having intention to move on the permanent residence to the Republic of Belarus;
received the status of the refugee.".
2. Extend till December 31, 2025 inclusive action of Items 2 and 4 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 23, 2021 No. 240.
3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade, the State Customs Committee together with another interested to take measures for implementation of this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2025.
