1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 5, 2013 No. 269 "About approval of the Regulations on hostels and the standard agreement of hiring of premises of the state housing stock in the hostel and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
state the name in the following edition:
"About hostels and the standard agreement of hiring of premises of the state housing stock in the hostel";
in Item 1:
to exclude the word "enclosed" from paragraph one;
paragraphs two and third to add with the word "(is applied)";
in the Regulations on hostels approved by this resolution:

in paragraph three of part one of Item 22 of the word "special houses for veterans, aged and disabled people" shall be replaced with words "in houses of the accompanied accommodation";

state-financed organizations which employees live in the hostel - by budgetary and (or) extrabudgetary funds of these organizations it is pro rata to the area of the premises borrowed by these workers and members of their families;
other organizations which employees live in the hostel (according to the petition of these organizations), - at the expense of means of these organizations, and also other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation in proportion to the area of the premises occupied by these workers and members of their families.
