About modification of appendix to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 26, 2014 No. 675
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 26, 2014 No. 675 "About approval of proportions of distribution of single fee to obligatory national social insurance" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 97, Art. 2800; 2016, No. 16, Art. 652; 2024, No. 11, the Art. 682) changes which are applied.
2. To the ministry of social policy together with the Ministry of Economics and the Ministry of Finance:
carry out the quarterly analysis of receipts and expenses of Fund of obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case in 2025;
in case of exceeding of receipts from payment of single fee on obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case over expenses of the specified Fund following the results of quarter to submit to Fund of obligatory national social insurance in case of need to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure the draft of the act of modification of proportions of distribution of single fee to obligatory national social insurance, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 26, 2014 No. 675 "About approval of proportions of distribution of single fee to obligatory national social insurance".
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2025.
