About modification of the Provision concerning implementation of activities for insurance of agricultural products with the state support

According to Articles 7, of 15, 55-1, 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 114 of the Law of Ukraine "About insurance", article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About features of insurance of agricultural products with the state support" and for the purpose of updating of requirements to insurers who have the right to perform activities for insurance of agricultural products with the state support the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to Regulations on implementation of activities for insurance of agricultural products with the state support, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of October 20, 2021 No. 108, having been reworded as follows it which is applied.

2. To department of methodology of regulation of activities of non-bank financial institutions (Sergey Savchuk) after official publication to inform insurers information on adoption of this resolution.

3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
