According to part thirteen of article 9-1 of the Law of Ukraine of April 4, 1996 No. 123/96-BP "About medicines", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 to No. 90), for the purpose of establishment of the procedure of confirmation of conformity of conditions of production of the medicines which are purchased by person authorized on implementation of purchases in the field of health care to requirements of proper production practice I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for carrying out the confirmation of conformity of conditions of production of medicines to requirements of proper production practice approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of December 27, 2012 No. 1130, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 21, 2013 at No. 133/22665 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of June 09, 2020 No. 1346) which are applied.
2. To provide to pharmaceutical management (Alexander Gritsenko):
1) submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
2) promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, after implementation of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of the Eden Adamanov.
