About use of the name of the Republic of Belarus by legal entities
For the purpose of streamlining of use of the official complete or reduced name of the Republic of Belarus in names of legal entities, and also in details of documents or promotional materials of legal entities I decide:
1. Determine that:
1.1. have the right to use the official complete or reduced name of the Republic of Belarus in the name (details of documents or promotional materials):
state bodies and organizations;
other legal entities in case of investment with their such right with the President of the Republic of Belarus on representation of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus;
1.2. are understood as the official complete and reduced name of the Republic of Belarus according to the words "Republic of Belarus", Belarus;
1.3. by reorganization of the legal entity having the right to use in the name (details of documents or promotional materials) of the official complete or reduced name of the Republic of Belarus, such right stops and is not subject to legal succession if other is not provided by the President of the Republic of Belarus;
1.4. for consideration of question of investment with the right to use the official complete or reduced name of the Republic of Belarus in the name (details of documents or promotional materials) the legal entities who are not specified in the paragraph the second subitem 1.1 of this Item submit applications to the ministries, other republican state bodies (the associations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus) under which authority they are, and the legal entities who are not under authority of the specified bodies (associations) - in regional (Minsk city) executive committees which make relevant proposals in Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in the procedure established by it.
2. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus to take the necessary measures directed to realization of provisions of this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
