1. The legislation of Ukraine on social protection and support of the children injured with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, consists of the Constitution of Ukraine, this law, other legal acts of Ukraine and other regulatory legal acts adopted according to them.
2. If the international treaty of Ukraine which consent to be bound is provided by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine establishes other regulations, than stipulated by the legislation Ukraine about the state support of the children who were injured owing to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine regulations of the international treaty are applied.
