Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, I decide:
Make the following changes to the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 2, 2017 No. 1223 "About the measures connected with creation of the public legal entity "The state inspectorate for safety of flights in civil aviation" in case of Public administration of civil aviation of the Azerbaijan Republic" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2017, No. 2, Article 167):
1. The words "Public Administration of Civil Aviation" in the name shall be replaced with words "The state agency of civil aviation under the Ministry of digital development and transport".
2. In Item 2.1 of the word "Public Administration of Civil Aviation" shall be replaced with words "The state agency of civil aviation under the Ministry of digital development and transport".
3. In part 5 of the word "Public Administration of Civil Aviation" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of digital development and transport".
