For the purpose of regulation of activities of Expert and criminalistic service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About creation of Expert and criminalistic service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 9, 2023 No. 398 the following changes:
in the Regulations on Expert and criminalistic service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Item 10 with the paragraph of the following content:
"-rendering the state services in research, the analysis, assessment and examination according to the legislation in the field of provision of the state services.";
- add Item 11 with the paragraph the fourteenth the following content:
"-renders the state services in research, the analysis, assessment and examination according to the legislation in the field of provision of the state services;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
