About modification of Traffic regulations

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Traffic regulations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 10, 2001 No. 1306 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 41, Art. 1852; 2005, No. 27, Art. 1569; 2011, No. 78, Art. 2881; 2019, No. 28, the Art. 992) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective along with enforcement of the Law of Ukraine of May 21, 2024 No. 3720-IX "About compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles", but not earlier than day of its publication.

Changes which are made to Traffic regulations

1." Item 2.1 to state the subitem "g" in the following edition:

"") the operative insurance policy (agreement) of compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles (on electronic or paper), data on which are confirmed by information containing in the Single centralized database on compulsory insurance of civil responsibility or the insurance certificate "Green card" (on electronic or paper) issued by the foreign insurer according to rules of the international system of automobile insurance "Green card";".
