About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" concerning features of capture of citizens of Ukraine on military accounting of recruits and their medical examination during passing of basic general preparation by them
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 38, Art. 324 with the following changes) the following changes:
1. The eleventh Article 1 to state part in the following edition:
"11. Women who are suitable for passing of military service for health reasons and I will increase and showed willingness to pass basic military service, just before the direction for passing of basic military service according to their statement (address) undertake on military accounting of recruits. After passing of basic military service the women discharged from military service at will undertake on military accounting of persons liable for call-up according to the procedure and term, determined by part eleven of article 26 of this Law.
Women who are suitable for passing of military service for health reasons and I will increase and graduated from organizations of professional (professional), professional prehigher or higher education and received medical or pharmaceutical specialty, are subject to capture on military accounting of persons liable for call-up.
The women having specialty and/or profession related the corresponding military specialty determined in the list approved by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and suitable for passing of military service for health reasons I will also increase, except specified in the paragraph the second to this part, undertake on military accounting of persons liable for call-up at will".
2. The first offer of part thirteen of Article 2 to add with the words "except the cases provided by this Law".
3. In Article 5:
Part two paragraph two after words "basic military service" to add 1) with the words "before the end of basic general preparation";
