About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the non-tax income

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the non-tax income (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2018, Art. No. 7-8, 490) the following changes:
1) in all text of the Code the word "Government" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "Cabinet of Ministers" in the corresponding cases;
Article 63 to state 2) in the following edition:
"Article 63. Release from collection for driving through artificial constructions on highways
The procedure for exemption of collection for driving of vehicles through artificial constructions on highways is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
This Law becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
