About accounting of engineering networks

Chapter I General provisions

Article 1. Subject and scope of application

(1) This law establishes the regulatory base in the field of accounting, protection and effective use of engineering networks.

(This law regulates 2):

a) accounting of engineering networks;

b) availability of data on the engineering networks created by subjects and operators of engineering networks;

c) status of the Register of accounting of engineering networks;

d) creation and maintaining Register of accounting of engineering networks;

e) rights, obligations and owner's liability and holder Reestr of accounting of engineering networks.

(3) Provisions of this law are applied to the engineering networks which are subject to accounting in all territory of the Republic of Moldova.

Article 2. Purpose of accounting of engineering networks

Accounting of engineering networks is performed for the purpose of:

a) collection, accumulating, processing, systematization, storage, use and provision of real and high-quality data on engineering networks, conservation those zones, and also about the restrictions connected with conservation zones;

b) realization of standard contents of data on the engineering networks included in the Register of accounting of engineering networks;

c) establishments of uniform conditions for integration of data on engineering networks into the Register of accounting of engineering networks;

d) protection and effective use of engineering networks.

Article 3. Concepts

For the purposes of this law the following concepts mean:

electronic archive – the structured storage of electronic documents providing their confidentiality, irrevocability and integrity and also guaranteeing their evidential force in time;

structural elements of network – components of engineering network which serve in order that bear external and internal loadings, and also to provide proper operation of engineering network;
