For the purpose of realization of part 6 of article 13 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of health of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic against effects of consumption of tobacco, nicotine and impact of environmental tobacco smoke and aerosol", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve requirements to the equipment of special places / rooms for tobacco smoking and nicotine (the tobacco and nicotinocontaining products) according to appendix.

2. To state bodies, plenipotentiaries of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in areas, local government bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic (under approval):

1) to take the necessary measures following from this resolution;

2) to perform execution of this resolution within the budgets and the number of staff approved for the corresponding years.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
