Subjects of transport infrastructure provide on a grant basis to the bodies of prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation exercising supervision of execution of the laws, observance of rights and freedoms of man and citizen on rail, air, water transport and the subways, service and utility rooms, the equipment and communication services. The equipment of these rooms furniture, office equipment and means of communication and ensuring technical operation of these rooms (water supply, heating, lighting, cleaning, repair) are performed by bodies of prosecutor's office at the expense of means of the federal budget.
6. Requirements to the service and utility rooms intended for provision to bodies of prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation, exercising supervision of execution of the laws, observance of rights and freedoms of man and citizen on rail, air, water transport and the subways are established by the federal executive body performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of construction, architecture, town planning in coordination with the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation and the federal executive body performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of transport.".
