According to the subitem 4 of Item 2 of Criteria and procedure according to which determination of the companies, organizations and organizations which are crucial for functioning of economy and ensuring life activity of the population during the special period is performed and also crucial for ensuring needs of the Armed Forces, other military forming during the special period approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 2023 No. 76 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 05, 2024 to No. 650), I ORDER:

1. Approve Criteria of determination of the companies, organizations and organizations which are important for industry of national economy in the field of social protection of the population which are applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of April 07, 2023 No. 122-N "About approval of Criteria of determination of the companies, organizations and organizations which are important for industry of national economy in the field of social protection of the population", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 25, 2023 at No. 675/39731.

3. To provide to management of public purchases and administrative providing submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
