According to the subitem 4 of Item 2 of Criteria and procedure according to which determination of the companies, organizations and organizations which are crucial for functioning of economy and ensuring life activity of the population during the special period is performed and also crucial for ensuring needs of the Armed Forces, other military forming during the special period approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 2023 No. 76, I ORDER:

1. Approve Criteria by which the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine determines the companies, organizations, the organizations which are important for industry of national economy which are applied.

2. Recognize invalid orders of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

of March 16, 2023 No. 137 "About approval of Criteria by which the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine determines the companies, organizations and the organizations which are important for national economy" is registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 23, 2023 at No. 491/39547;

of May 22, 2023 No. 265 "About modification of Criteria by which the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine determines the companies, organizations and the organizations which are important for national economy" is registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 05, 2023 at No. 938/39994;
