About modification of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 13, 2022 No. 303

Make change to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 13, 2022 No. 303 "About the termination of measures of the state supervision (control) in the conditions of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, Art. 1355; 2024, No. 69, the Art. 4146) - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2024 No. 1511, having added it with Item 8 of the following content:
"8. Actions of the state supervision (control) of condition of cryptographic and technical protection of the state information resources and information, the requirement for which protection is established by the law, and cyberprotection of critical information infrastructure during the period of warlike situation are carried out according to the decision of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security.".
