About modification of the "Regulations on Council for management of public service of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 29, 2002 No. 283-IIQ

Make the following changes to the article 2.1 "Regulations on Council for Management of Public Service of the Azerbaijan Republic", No. 283-IIQ approved by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 29, 2002 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2002, No. 5, Article 217 (volume I)):
1. In Item 2.1.1 to "development" shall be replaced with words the word "and in forming and realization of state policy in the field of public service", and to .dopolnit the same Article after the word "participation" the word "accomplishment".
2. Add with Articles 2.1.1-1, 2.1.8-1 and 2.1.9-1 of the following content:

"2.1.8-1. "cancellation of the illegal acts of state bodies concerning public service";
"2.1.9-1. "Control of maintaining the register of government employees".
3. In Item 2.1.7 after the word "preparation" to add with the words "and also approval of strategy of training of government employees".
4. In Article 2.1.9 after the word "participation" to add the word "accomplishment".
