About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2022 No. 2571
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Item of 16 features of application of the labor law of the Russian Federation, other regulatory legal acts containing regulations of labor right in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2022 No. 2571 "About features of application of the labor law of the Russian Federation, other regulatory legal acts containing regulations of labor right in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 2, the Art. 524).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
