Requirements to execution of the material safety data sheet of the retail market and the list of the data containing in it

1. The material safety data sheet of the retail market (further - the passport) is constituted concerning the retail market organized according to the procedure, established by the Federal Law "About the Retail Markets and about Introduction of Amendments to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation" (further - the market), taking into account its type, the nomenclature and amount of marketable goods and the rendered services (the performed works).

2. The passport is constituted and in coordination with relevant organs of internal affairs and the state fire supervision in the location of the market (further - the approving bodies) affirms the managing director of the market by the company (further - the company).

3. The passport is drawn up in 4 copies. The company represents in one copy passports to the approving bodies and the local government body of the municipality which issued permission to the right of the organization of the market. One copy of the passport is subject to storage in the company.

The passport copy goes to territorial authority of safety.
