About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 25, 2021 No. 991

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) in the field of rail transport approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 25, 2021 No. 991 "About approval of the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) in the field of rail transport" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 27, Art. 5379; 2023, No. 52, Art. 9672).

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2025.

Changes which are made to Regulations on federal state control (supervision) in the field of rail transport

1. In Item 3:

a) add the subitem "a" with the words "on rail transport";

b) add the subitem "b" with paragraphs of the following content:

"activities for operation, servicing and repair of infrastructure of high-speed rail transport and components of subsystems and elements of components of subsystems of infrastructure of high-speed rail transport;

activities for operation, servicing and repair of high-speed railway rolling stock and its components;";

c) to add the paragraph of the seventh of the subitem "v" with words of "rail transport".

2. In Item 6:

a) in the subitem "a":

add paragraph two with the words "on rail transport";

add with paragraphs of the following content:

"activities for operation of infrastructure of high-speed rail transport and components of subsystems and elements of components of subsystems of infrastructure of high-speed rail transport;
