"2. Subject of the state control (supervision) is observance of requirements of the labor law by employers, including the legislation on special assessment of the working conditions, other regulatory legal acts containing regulations of labor right, obligations to workers under the agreement regarding the obligations of the employer established by parts one, the third and fourth the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.".
