"In case of application of foreign states by relevant organs concerning citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic of the terms of temporary stay established by this Code, the foreign citizens and stateless persons which arrived to the Azerbaijan Republic, other rules than concerning citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic, other rules can be established by the decision of relevant organ of the executive authority";
1.3. in Article 26.1 after the word of "persons" to add with the words "and also highly skilled migrants";
1.4. Add with Article 40.0.6 of the following content:
"40.0.6. "if the highly skilled migrant for the reasons which are not depending on him cannot get to work in area in which he is considered specialist";
1.5. In Article 45.1.4-1 after the word "specialist" to add with the words "or highly skilled migrant";
