1.5. That the cooperative is in process of liquidation (in the presence).

1.6. About the address of cooperative within the cooperative location specified in the USRLE.

1.7. About the primary state registration number (further - PSRN) cooperative.

1.8. About identification taxpayer number of cooperative.

1.9. About person having the right without power of attorney to act on behalf of cooperative: position, surname, name, middle name (in the presence).

1.10. About membership of cooperative in the self-regulatory organization in the field of the financial market combining cooperatives (further - self-regulatory organization):
