Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of the moratorium on transfer (transformation) of the irrigated lands of ploughland in other categories of lands and types of grounds" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 7, the Art. 767) the following changes:
in Article 1 part two:
a) in Item 3 of the word", being only in the state-owned or municipal property" to exclude;

This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
