In Item 108 (1) the Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2010 No. 1172 "About approval of Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity and about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the organization of functioning of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 14, Art. 1916; 2024, No. 16, Art. 2245; No. 53, of the Art. 8698), "the procedure approved by the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of fuel and energy complex" shall be replaced with words words "the Treaty of Accession to trade system of the wholesale market".

2. Declare invalid item 4 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 12, 2024 No. 461 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation for determination of the basic provisions regulating rendering in the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity of services in management of change of the mode of consumption" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 16, the Art. 2245).

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
