About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning the State educational accumulative system, exception of excessive legislative regulation in spheres of information, social development, culture and archiving

1. Main objective of this Law is creation of the legal basis for ensuring safety of historical and documentary heritage of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the benefit of citizens, society and the state.

2. The main objectives of this Law are:

1) regulation of archiving and documentary ensuring management;

2) collection, forming, completing, storage and use, streamlining and accounting of documents of National Archive Fund;

3) requirements satisfaction of society and state, protection and realization of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens.

3. The basic principles of this Law are:

1) rational management of archiving;

2) legality;

add with subitem 18-1) of the following content:
