state Item 154 in the following edition:
"154. Development, collection and generalization of materials of special occupations, the deputy commander of air unit for safety of flights performs, and in parts where this position is not provided - the chief of staff of part.";
state Item 188 in the following edition:
"188. The analysis of security status of flights and activities for prevention of aviation incidents is developed in air units in form, according to appendix 5 to this Instruction.";
