Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine that the address with utility waste is performed according to technical requirements of the technical code of common practice of TKP 17.11-08-2024 (33040/33140) "Environmental protection and environmental management. Technical requirements to the address with utility waste".
2. Bring in Item 6.18 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548, the following changes:
word in paragraph one "sorting, preparation" shall be replaced with words "procurement, sorting";
in the column "Name of Ministerial Procedure" of subitem 6.18.1 of the word "sorting, preparation" shall be replaced with words "procurement, sorting".
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
