About introduction of amendments to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses and the Criminal code of Ukraine concerning introduction of responsibility for violation of requirements for content and operation of objects of fund of protective constructions of civil protection
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:
1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):
To add 1) with Article 175-3 of the following content:
"Article 175-3. Violation of the requirements for content and operation of objects of fund of protective constructions of civil protection established by the legislation
Failure to provide of easy access of citizens to objects of fund of protective constructions of civil protection in the cases and procedure established by the legislation -
attracts imposing of penalty from hundred to two hundred free minima income of citizens.
Violation of the requirements for content and operation of objects of fund of protective constructions of civil protection established by the legislation that resulted in unavailability of their proper use according to the legislation, -
attracts imposing of penalty from hundred fifty to three hundred free minima income of citizens.
The acts provided by part one or the second this Article, which are commited by person which within year was subjected to administrative punishment for the same offenses, -
attract imposing of penalty from three hundred to five hundred free minima income of citizens";
Article 185-14 to state 2) in the following edition:
"Article 185-14. Failure to carry out of legal requirements of officials of the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of civil protection or creation of obstacles in their activities
Failure to carry out of legal requirements of officials of the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of civil protection -
attracts imposing of penalty from two hundred to four hundred free minima income of citizens.
