About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning recovery of solvency of the separate state companies in the field of power which are in critical condition

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Item 1-7 of the Section "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Code of Ukraine on insolvency proceedings (2019, 19, the Art. 74) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to No. in the following edition:

"1-7. Determine that till January 1, 2026 are not initiated bankruptcy proceeding, and the initiated productions are subject to the termination concerning the debtor - the State company "East Mining and Processing Works".

2. "About enforcement proceeding" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 30, of Art. 542 with the following changes) to state Item 1-4 of the Section XIII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine in the following edition:

"1-4. Determine that till January 1, 2026:

making of executive actions and measures of forced execution of decisions (including property attachment and means) in enforcement proceedings on which debtor is the State company "East Mining and Processing Works" stops (except decisions on salary payment, dismissal wage, other payments (compensations) belonging to the worker in connection with employment relationships about compensation of the material (property) and moral harm done by mutilation, other damage of health or death about collection of the alimony, about debt collection on payment of fees in funds of obligatory national social insurance and debt on payment of single fee for obligatory national social insurance);

the imposed arrests on means and/or property of the State company "East Mining and Processing Works" are subject to removal.
