About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

1. In paragraphs the second - the fourth Item 43 of the Section VII of the Regulations on the organization and conducting inspection checks approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 17, 2001 No. 276, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 15, 2001 at No. 703/5894 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 28, 2017 No. 145) (with changes), the word to "oversight" to replace with the word of "oversight".
2. In paragraph eight of Item 1.2 of Chapter 1 of the Regulations on features of reorganization of the bank according to the decision of his owners approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 27, 2008 No. 189, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 12, 2008 at No. 845/15536 (with changes), to "oversight" to replace the word with the word of "oversight".
