Make change to the Agreement, having stated to paragraph one of item 4 of Article 5 in the following edition:
"Temporary periodic customs declaring is applied when exporting from the Russian Federation to the Kyrgyz Republic of oil products by pipeline transport according to indicative balances.".
The this Protocol is temporarily applied after 10 days from the date of its signing and becomes effective from the date of receipt of the last written notice through diplomatic channels of accomplishment of the interstate procedures by the Parties necessary for its entry into force.
