In our country large-scale work on creation of the complete system of law directed to protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of children, and also assistance to their physical, intellectual, spiritual and moral development is carried out.
Within the undertaken reforms on enhancement of system of prevention of offenses among minors in National guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan Management on work with children and its territorial subdivisions is formed, and also positions of the senior inspectors-psychologists and inspectors-psychologists on questions of minors are founded.
With respect thereto this Law to the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the administrative responsibility makes the changes providing determination of powers of the military personnel and staff of Management on work with children of National guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its territorial subdivisions on hearing of cases about administrative offenses.
This Law will serve increase in efficiency of activities of bodies of National guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan for prevention of offenses among minors, and also protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of children.
