At the same time there is need for creation of additional conveniences when exporting quarantine products from the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, further simplification of procedures for fumigation of such products, expansion of participation of private sector in implementation of these activities.
This Law to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About quarantine of plants" makes the additions and changes providing investment of legal entities with the right on the basis of the license to perform activities for fumigation of the quarantine products exported from the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About licensing, allowing and notifying procedures" the procedure for licensing of activities for fumigation of the quarantine products exported from the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also the sizes of penalties for occupation by activities for wholesale and retail trade by the mineral fertilizers and chemical means used for protection of plants and on fumigation of the quarantine products exported from the Republic of Uzbekistan without license is established.
