About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 19, 2020 No. 891

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Bring in the Rules of maintaining statistics of mutual trade in goods of the Russian Federation with state members of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 19, 2020 No. 891 "About procedure for maintaining statistics of mutual trade in goods of the Russian Federation with state members of the Eurasian Economic Union and recognition No. 1329 which voided orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 7, 2015" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 26, the Art. 4119), the following changes:

a) add Item 6 with the paragraph of the following content:

"For precious metals, gemstones and products from them the statistical form is represented separately on each shipment (obtaining) of goods according to the specification registered in the state integrated information system in the field of control of turnover of precious metals, gemstones and products from them at all stages of this turnover.";

b) the paragraph one of Item 7 to state in the following edition:

"7. In case of stay in the Russian Federation during 1 year and more goods which are temporarily imported into the Russian Federation for the term of less than 1 year and also in case of stay in other state member of the Union during 1 year and more goods which are temporarily exported from the Russian Federation for the term of less than 1 year the applicant represents to customs authority statistical form no later than the 10th working day of the calendar month following calendar month in which the term of finding of goods exceeded 1 year.";

c) in Item 15 of appendix No. 2 to the specified Rules:

to declare the paragraph of the eighth invalid;

add with paragraphs of the following content:

"number and date of issue of the document confirming observance of the special economic measures entered by the Russian Federation and also the name of federal executive body or other organization which issued the specified document (in the presence);
