1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Economics and finance, the Ministries of Agriculture, and also Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of the Andijan, Jizzakh, Namangan, Tashkent and Fergana regions about creation according to the procedure of experiment of the new system of allocation of the parcels of land of agricultural purpose based on independence of lessees and cultivation of cultures with high value added (further - new system).

Determine that within new system:

a) the parcels of land are exposed on electronic online biddings on trade platform of "E-auksion" in sizes from 3 hectares to 50 hectares, without breaking integrity of contours and irrigation system;

b) in documentation of each lot, in subsequent - in lease agreements of the parcels of land are without fail specified:

normative cost of the parcel of land and point of site class of its soil;

analysis results of structure and quality of the soil, studying time;

the types of the main and repeated cultures recommended for crop rotation;

methods of providing with water, the minimum and maximum levels of the annual limits of supply of water guaranteed by the state;
