About additional measures for further enhancement of system of rendering social services and the help to children with disability

For the purpose of providing program implementation "From poverty to wellbeing", elimination of the reasons limiting possibility of implementation of labor activity with families and creation of the conditions necessary for employment of members of families, by expansion of amount of rendering social services and the help, and also ensuring leaving on care of families of children with disability and preventions of social orphanhood:

1. Establish procedure according to which step by step since March 1, 2025 in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the Andijan, Kashkadarya, Samarkand, Surkhandarya, Tashkent regions and the city of Tashkent according to the procedure of experiment, till October 1, 2025 - in other regions of the republic the service of day care for children with disability aged from 3 up to 18 years on the basis of public-private partnership takes root (further - service of day care).

At the same time children with disability are accepted in service of day care on the basis of the social agreement constituted between their parents (persons replacing them) and Inson social service centers and also according to the conclusion issued to Psikhologo - the medico-pedagogical commission in accordance with the established procedure.

2. Implement since March 1, 2025 procedure for support of the subjects of entrepreneurship performing activities in the direction of service of day care, according to which:

a) at the expense of means of the State Social Security Fund:

in one day of use of service of service of day care the subsidy in the amount of 25 percent of basic settlement size for each child aged from 3 up to 7 years, in the amount of 27 percent of basic settlement size for each child aged from 7 up to 18 years is allocated. At the same time for the regional centers, the cities of Tashkent and Nukus the size of subsidy is established by application of the raising 1,1 coefficient;

on each child with disability of the families included in the Register of poor families additional resources in the amount of 30 percent of the general size of the subsidy established by the paragraph the second this subitem are paid;
